Well, this is disappointing – if you have added routes with the Win32 route command, you don't see them in the normal GUI (Control Panel -> Network Connections -> [...] -> Properties -> Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)). Matter of fact, you don't see any of your routes in there at all, except implicitly as derived from your Default Gateway. (This has implications for those of you setting up VPNs...)
As far as I know (which may not be far enough), the easiest way on a stock Win32 system to see your routes is to use route print * from a command line.
